How the Strong Dollar Affecting Spending of Foreign Cash Buyers

Compared to the rest of the world, the U.S. economy is still growing faster than those in Europe and very much the rest of the world (with the exception of China). Many global investors that I know with cash has always targeted the U.S. real estate market in general because it is politically stable with it’s legal system.

With the dollar becoming stronger, many foreign cash investors has flocked into our real estate market. These new groups of foreign investors are looking to buy real estates in bulk for short term hold. Not only will they benefit from the increase of property prices, but they also reap the benefits of converting back into their own currency once they sell the property for profit.

This is good news for property owners, wholesalers and flippers, as there will be greater competition between cash buyers themselves now that they have an increase demand in the market. How would you know if your property is within the proximity of the cash buyers? Do you own a property that could be a target of these cash buyers in the area?
